1.You’ll use Adoure to facilitate real bookings
Adoure is a working tool, not a billboard. When you join, you agree to actually use it to serve couples.
- ✓Reply to enquiries promptly — within 48 hours wherever you can. Couples are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and slow replies cost them time.
- ✓Keep your availability honest and up to date. Never accept a booking for a date you can’t actually do.
- ✓Honour every booking you confirm. A confirmed booking is a real commitment to a real couple — see it through.
- ✓Keep your booking conversations on the platform, so there’s a clear, fair record for everyone if a question ever comes up.
- ✓Move couples through enquiry, contract and payment using Adoure’s tools, rather than pulling the deal off-platform to dodge the rules or fees once we’ve introduced you.
2.You’ll link your social media honestly and keep it yours
Your Instagram, TikTok and Facebook help couples see the real you. They’re only useful if they’re genuine.
- ✓Only connect accounts you actually own and control. Don’t link someone else’s profile or a page you don’t run.
- ✓Show your own genuine work. No passing off other suppliers’ photos, stock imagery, or AI-generated images as real jobs you’ve done.
- ✓Keep your linked handles current. If you rebrand or change accounts, update your profile so couples never hit a dead or misleading link.
- ✓Make the connection clean and easy — your socials are there to back up your work, not to redirect couples somewhere we can’t protect them.
3.You’ll always act honestly
This is the heart of Adoure. Rankings here are earned on merit, never bought — and that only holds if every supplier tells the truth.
- ✓Everything on your profile must be accurate and true: your business name, services, pricing, coverage area, experience, qualifications and insurance status.
- ✓Quote real prices. Don’t advertise a price you don’t intend to honour just to win the enquiry.
- ✓Never invent, buy, or pressure people into reviews — and never post fake reviews about anyone else. Your Adoure Mark is built only from genuine, certified bookings.
- ✓No false scarcity or pressure tactics to rush a couple into saying yes.
- ✓If something on your profile becomes out of date or wrong, fix it within 7 days of noticing.
4.Your portfolio is your own, genuine work — and safe for couples
Couples judge you on the images and videos you upload. They must be real, yours, and appropriate for a public wedding marketplace.
- ✓Upload only your own genuine work. No AI-generated images, stock photography, or other suppliers’ photos passed off as jobs you’ve done.
- ✓Keep it appropriate. Adoure is a public site that couples and their families browse — never upload sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate content. (Tasteful wedding photography, including boudoir, is welcome; explicit material is not.)
- ✓Only upload images and videos you have the right to use, with the consent of anyone identifiable in them.
- ✓We may review uploaded media and remove anything that breaches this. Serious or repeated breaches — fake, AI-generated or explicit content — can have your listing paused or removed, with no refund.
5.You’re accountable for your own work
Adoure introduces you to couples and gives you the tools — but the service you sell is yours, and so is the responsibility for it.
- ✓You — not Adoure — are the business the couple is contracting with. You’re responsible for delivering what you promise.
- ✓Hold the appropriate business insurance, including public liability cover, for as long as you’re listed.
- ✓Follow the law that applies to you, including UK consumer protection rules and data protection (only use a couple’s details to serve their booking).
- ✓If a couple raises a dispute, engage with it fairly through the platform. You’ll always get a right of response.
- ✓Breaking these promises — especially being dishonest — can mean your listing is paused or removed, with no refund, and in serious cases further action.

This page is the plain-English summary of what you’re signing up to. The complete, legally binding detail — covering subscriptions, our commitment to you, the Client Assurance Programme, liability and your statutory rights — lives in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By creating a supplier account you agree to all three. If anything here and the Terms ever seem to conflict, the Terms govern.
